Group Exercise
Group exercise is a terrific way to keep motivated while building new friendships. Try something new to really juice up your workout!
- Aerobics: We are especially proud of our aerobics program providing a variety of classes taught by the best certified instructors in the area. A variety of beginner to advance classes are offered including step, stretching, body sculpting and more. As we grow, new classes will be offered to meet the needs of our fitness members.
- SilverSneakers® 1: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
- Water Aerobics: A great way to improve your health and fitness with very low impact on the joints. The properties of warm water can make exercising possible for those suffering from joint or spine related pain.
- Spinning: You can burn up to 600 calories spinning your wheels in this high intensity class which simulates outdoor cycling. A great way to spice up your weekly workout!
